Wacom tablet does not work.

Wacom tablet doesn't work with my machince and ``xsetwacom list devices`` lists no devices.
I assume it has to do with this error:
```bash
$ sudo libinput debug-events
event5 - Tablet PTZ-930: libinput bug: missing tablet capabilities: xy pen btn-stylus resolution. Ignoring this device.
```

I think we already briefly chatted about this on IRC, but could you try to downgrade the linux package?
Would be good if you could try one of the 6.10 and one of the 6.11 series to see which was the last working version: https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/l/linux/

Also it would be cool to check if there already is a fix for your issue in the mainline kernel that just wasn't backported to stable yet:

sudo pacman -U https://pkgbuild.com/\~gromit/linux-bisection-kernels/linux-mainline-6.12rc6-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

I'm already using an LTS kernel, specifically version 6.6.59-1. I attempted switching to non-lts kernel too, which didn't fix the issue - but the reason why I'm avoiding the non-lts kernel is because my mouse does not function with it - it works only on the lts kernel.

Alright so there are even more issues that would need to be solved ... Which mouse are you using? Which is the last version that it was working with i.e. when did you have to switch to linux-lts?
