So apparently my version of libxul.so is corrupted
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/librewolf/libxul.so:
/usr/lib/librewolf/libxul.so: file too short
Couldn't load XPCOM.
size is 0 bytes
ls -l /usr/lib/librewolf/libxul.so
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 0 Sep 23 13:14 /usr/lib/librewolf/libxul.so
For others that isn't the case https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libr … ent-992093
paru --rebuild=yes librewolf-bin
doesn't fix the issue.
How do i proceed?

Moving to AUR issues
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
Online
pacman -Qikk librewolf-bin
If that doesn't show any deviation, build the package w/ makepkg and post the entire output (resp. pay attention to error messages)

I am getting the same error. I have enough space left on my root partition.
librewolf-bin 132.0-1
$ librewolf

The OP wa out of disk size, "df -h"
In general the file is corrupted and you'll have to re-intall librewolf to fix it (but that obviously won't work if you also don't have any space left on the partition)

I had enough storage left. Installing from AUR didn't help.
Later, I had to build librewolf from the source. Things are okay now.
