Looks like this exact model has problems with cpu fan since it is not pwmable (i have pwm1_enable and can set fan to full speed with echoing 2 to it but manual mode with echoing 1 and file pwm1 are not present), ec registers are all zeroes, asus_fan_controll will not work with amd fan, all tools for ROG laptops are also not the way.
It is likely that fan speed is handled by smu or i2c. Regarding smu, googling ryzen smu gives couple of projects on it but i dont see how it can be applied to fan control.
So, that is it. This is problem for me because when cpu is on high load than laptop rather turns off than using more fan speed.

ok, solution can be setting acpi_osi=Linux as a kernel parameter. also writing script for monitoring temp. and taking advantage over pwm1_enable as last resort. but still no way to control curves i guess
