Screen frequency does not work more than 60Hz

Hello everyone. I can't solve the problem for a long time.
When I change the screen frequency above 60 (100,120,144...) my screen becomes black. sometimes it flickers.
My setup:
Nvidia GTX1660 Super with nvidia 565.57.01
Plasma 6.2.3 on Wayland
Linux 6.11.8-arch1-2
The problem is also on nvidia-open and X11
During the black screen there are no errors in the log

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation TU116 [GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER] (rev a1)
        Subsystem: NVIDIA Corporation TU116 [GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER]
        Kernel driver in use: nvidia
        Kernel modules: nouveau, nvidia_drm, nvidia

journalctl -xe | grep nvidia

nov 17 19:13:24 arch-pc kernel: nvidia-gpu 0000:01:00.3: enabling device (0000 -> 0002)
nov 17 19:13:25 arch-pc kernel: nvidia-gpu 0000:01:00.3: i2c timeout error e0000000
nov 17 19:19:31 arch-pc nvidia-settings[2892]: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

The monitor is connected via Display Port
The cable is OK. On the other system all frequencies work.
What other information needs to be provided to help solve the problem?
