Update ASUS motherboard BIOS

Hi!

I want to update the BIOS on an ASUS Z170-a motherboard. Since I don't have an OS installed, I want to do this from a boot stick.
I found this: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Flashi … Linux#ASUS, but I couldn't follow the instructions, since I don't understand what "System Tools" to download.

You can just use a FAT(32) formatted USB stick or your ESP. I'd not worry about the ME stuff if you have no reason to believe you actually need it, the link is from 2014, unless you already ran into the error mentioned in the first sentence.
