INT3515 error -ENXIO: IRQ index 1 not found

I've seen this error message in a few posts, but nobody seems to address it. What causes it? Is there a way to get rid of it/suppress it? On a thinkpad t14s gen 1, AMD

I've got the same errors in my boot log! ThinkPad T14s Gen 1 AMD as well. Did you ever find out where they're coming from?

Nope, it's still happening for me. I have no idea why it's happening
