[KDE/Wayland] Wrong mouse icon theme/size various (GTK?) apps

I'm using KDE plasma wayland session with default global them with breeze light mouse icons. Various apps such as thunderbird shows enlarged black mouse icon. I've seen this issue before in various youtube videos something to do with libadwaita or something? But I did not have this issue before, only recently.
