Plasma shell Panels frozen in one logon

Logged into my profile on Plasma, and the menus (panels) are frozen. I had to restart computer thrice.
I can log in under another profile though.
Plasma seems to be working onone login but not the other. Ideas?

Ps

I can log in, only the plasma stuff is frozen and luckily my console comes up
Cant seem to run paru
And right clicking
Using other loginfor now

Further details:
It appears to be just the desktop environment, i think its the shell but i cant get to system monitor

Addendum!
So it appears to be a problem with my login, or profile or whatever and the way I have it set up.
I created  new administrator account for myself and am migrating my files as a permanent work around, however I want to leave my original account online so I can figure what happened in case some else has the same problem and so it doesnt happen again

Do you use any "non-standard" plasma theme? Output of

sudo journalctl -b

after having logged into a frozen shell session?
