Nvidia issues

It was requested I start a new thread, so here is it.  Symptoms: monitor will not go into low-power mode; monitor will not do its rated 180 Hz; blank pages in nvidia-settings; MS Flight Simulator 2020 (the only game I play) starts but does not proceed past an early point; psensor shows only data for the CPU whereas before it showed GPU info as well; GNOME animations are present but not completely smooth. Started approximately one month ago...I can't associate any event or events with the onset of issues.  GPU is an RTX 3060.

System journal --  http://0x0.st/X5a7.txt

I was asked to provide the Xorg log but I'm not finding any sort of Xorg.0.log file anywhere on the system. I'm no guru so maybe I'm missing something? There is also no ~/.local/share/xorg.

The symptoms are present whether I choose Wayland or Xorg.  Trying nvidia-open and nvidia-open-dkms makes no difference either.

I have to be honest and say that I don't know that this is really an Arch problem. I've tried several distros since this started happening and basically any one that uses drivers later than 550.120 will be problematic.  Two distros I tried use older drivers like 550.120 and the issues were not present.  The GPU functions perfectly in all ways in Windows 11.

I greatly appreciate your help, and I will do my best to provide any additional information requested.
