Browsing network in all file managers fails

Hey, guys.

I'm facing an annoying problem since a while. When I try to browse the network in the file manager it remains empty. I use Thunar, but I tried Nautilus, Caja and Gigolo - all with the same result. I don't see anything suspicious in the logs and don't know where to start with the analysis. It used to work, but at some point in the past it stopped working. If I enter a network address manually I can still access the network shares, but if I want to browse it there is nothing, so I have to know exactly what I'm searching for. For me it was just an annoyance, but my wife is a normal user and needs to see the options.

I have NFS and Samba shares in the local network and both are invisible in the file manager. Avahi browser shows the shares fine, gvfs-smb and gvfs-nfs are installed and, as I said I can browse the shares if I enter the url manually. On my PC as well as on the PC of my wife Arch is installed, however I tried to access the network from my work notebook with Ubuntu 22.04 and there all the shares are visible, so it has to be related to my local Arch configuration on the client side.

Any ideas where to start?
