[SOLVED] Plasma 6.2.4 lag, especially on text input
Plasma has been very laggy for a few weeks. It's especially bad when I type, but my system usually catches up when I move my mouse. It lags even when my cpu usage is in the single digits. It's only been a problem on plasma, ttys work fine as do cinnamon and twm. I also tried using xorg instead of wayland, which didn't help. Plasma also worked fine on kubuntu and manjaro live usbs. I'm certainly not using a minimal install, but my system shouldn't be bloated enough to cause this much lag. My system is up to date.
Specs:
Framework Laptop 16
CPU: Ryzen 9 7940HS
GPU: Radeon RX 7700S
Integrated GPU: Radeon 780M
Kernel: Linux 6.12.1-arch1-1
Desktop: Plasma 6.2.4
