Arch Linux suddenly nuked itself.

I was on arch linux, using firefox and then, it suddenly closed and the whole system became unresponsive. I hard shutdown it by holding the power button. After rebooting the screen shows :

"No bootable device found"

After trying to go into bios mode it shows some hardware error. And pressing suppose "F9" brings up the actual bios menu.
I don't have the actual image of the error right now but I would like to get some feedback.

Re: Arch Linux suddenly nuked itself.

Sounds like hardware failure. Boot a liveCD and check the health of your disk(s): https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/S.M.A.R.T.#smartctl

If they don't even show up, then maybe open your machine up and double check cables are firmly plugged in.
