no aur package available for oracle db x21c how to install it

If there in no aur package available for certail program (in this case oracle db xe 21c) what are the other ways to install it. On oracle's official page they only have rpm package

bsdtar can unpack RPMS, Other than its dependencies, Oracle hasn't changed their DB backend that much, so you can probably start with the Oracle XE 11g PKGBUILD, update the dependencies according to the Oracle manuals and go from there. However, it will likely be a lot of work to get things going, especially if you do not have deep Oracle experience. A quicker approach may be to either launch the Oracle supported Docker image or run a VM of whatever distro they recommend to run x21c.
