I confirm that an issue with "stl_vector.h assertion failed" triggered by adding an input to a Sequential model persist. It seems to be caused by python-optree and is reported here:

Building python-optree 0.13.1 using python-cmake-bin from AUR seems to fix this particular issue.

I am still getting a SIGSEGV+core dumped (unauthorized memory access) with some tensorflow models that used to work prior the "stl_vector.h assertion failed" issue.
