Calamares is a graphical installer that is not used by archlinux iso or the Guided Installer .
Both use a Text User Interface (TUI) which is probably what you meant.
You did follow https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Archiso ?
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

When copytoram is in effect, the airootfs image gets copied to /run/archiso/copytoram/ and /run/archiso/bootmnt gets unmounted.
Mind that you should not use the airootfs image as an installation source anyway:
Warning: Extracting the root file system image (airootfs.sfs) from the ISO or copying the live environment's root file system is not a supported installation method.

sorry for my poor English .. is that means I cannot use Calamares to build my Arch based Distro

Calamares is distro independent and used by several arch based distros (like manjaro) for their install medium .
Archlinux install media don't need it and won't use it.
There are calamares aur packages , the people that maintain/created them may be able to help you.
