It seems my browser (Chromium) is no longer using hardware acceleration for video decoding; I set that up quite a long time (a few years) ago, so not entirely sure where to look for the problem first. I suspect this happened after I did a system update a week or so ago, but didn't really notice it until today; anyone have any ideas of what might have broken?
Chromium GPU report here; puzzling is the "Video Decode: Hardware accelerated", since when I actually check the media tab in the console while playing video, it says it's not using it, as seen here.
