As it is obvious in the subject of the topic, I guess because of my low experience and tight timetable, it was a destiny-like thing for me to rely on chatGPT in any Linux related matter, even though it might seem weird, but I'm impressed with what this family of operating systems can really do, all for free, and their unmeasured capacities that keeps impressing me day after day. But after all, I kind of hate how all the distributions have that one missing part, and with that I started my distro-hopping adventure... I firstly started using Linux mint, but then I found it too basic and boring, then I hopped to Fedora (Long dnf updates issue) and Debian (Less maintained) and I suddenly found my self with this ugly thing lol.
But for seriously, I really wanna fix all issues and start a new adventure, all I need is to set sudo, debtap, and cool desktop environment that's lightweight and offers an eye candy, currently using xfce but used plasma before and suffered of latency (I have an i3 2348M powered laptop) and I really think Linux could push it to something better than the horrible treatment it got from windows 10.
What's your thoughts?

you can have lightweight OR eye candy, you cant have both, everything comes at the expense of more resources.
you can do lots of cool and interesting things with window managers, just takes time and effort.
