Can't install apache2 and other packages
I've been trying to use some tools that require apache2 and when i try to install the package it isn't able to locate it, I've tried apt, pacman and paru. I installed apache since it was the only one it could find but those tools don't work. The same happened to other tools like dns-utils. Any idea of why it's happening?

Start by posting actual commands and errors.
And never, EVER use apt to install things on Arch. Seriously, WTF.

https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/apache/
so the package is called "apache" and is available via rhe extra repo

it's required by androrat, they are labelled as packages in the installation and when i searched online some posts on the ubuntu forums popped up but none were helpful. they were also called packages there and they said to use apt

searching for the term "androrat" brings up a lot of questionable stuff
I don't question RATs in the broader means - in fact ssh, teamviewer and vnc are also RATs in some way
but the first link to guthub with a crossed out "hidden against anti-malware scanners" are serious red flags that this is not a proper helpful tool but actual bad malware - and I doubt someone here will give you a helping for THAT kind of question
