Issues while booting (Gigabyte, systemd-boot), failed to flush random

Good Morning,

I have some issues with my PC. Sometimes when it starts I get this message: "Failed to flush random seed file: Device error" and in new line: "Error opening root path: Device error". Other times I don't get this message, but initramfs image fails to find partitions after 10 seconds and I'm getting dropped to emergency shell. Storage is on NVMe and SATA SSD. I have some assumption that it's a problem with this NVMe, as it's "/". Both LUKS and LVM are involved on this machine. Below are results of multiple system commands:

Encryption is LUKS2 with argon2 ?
