My archlinux installation stucks on "running erarly hook [udev]"

Im new to arch linux and its my first time installing it. When i start installing it, it gets stuck on 'running early hook [udev]...'

When I write reboot on keyboard, system reboots, so installation works but the image for some reason doesnt change.

Also when i tried installing the same ".iso" on my laptop, on laptop's screen everything is fine, but if i connect my monitor to laptop, image an monitor is stuck/frozen.

Is it simething with my monitor? Monitor(samsung g50d, 180hz, 27". Using display port).

Someone please help.

It's not gonna be the monitor, rather the GPU.
Can you boot when adding "nomodeset" or "nvidia-drm.modeset=1" to the kernel parameters (doesn't matter if you don't have an nvidia GPU)

Edit: for clarification "nvidia-drm.modeset=1" will implicitly block the simpledrm fake-gpu, whether you have an nvidia GPU (or the nvidia driver) or not.
