Separate Gaming and Productivity Systems on One PC

Hello! I've done a ton of researching and reading and have been feeling pretty overwhelmed by the amount of different setups and information. And I might be missing something or maybe this setup is too janky, but I haven't found my answer yet. To set the scene, I switched over to Arch from Windows several months ago and love it. I want to do everything on Arch, but still have the option to use Windows for things that are specific to and only work on Windows. Currently, I have my PC on the other end of the house running to my office where I do all my work and gaming. I want to setup a Windows experience that can run simultaneously and display on my living room tv. Now the tricky part that I haven't seen anywhere else, if the simultaneous part wasn't tricky enough, is that I want to be able to switch between a beefy GPU like an RTX 4090 and either an iGPU or a weaker dGPU. I want to be able to drive the living room tv with a powerful GPU then when I want to game on my PC switch and still run Windows on the weaker GPU. Basically use the iGPU to run LaunchBox and stuff that doesn't need as much power. Willing to read anything and get advice about how to set this up or what a superior setup may be even if I have to make some concessions. The only sacrifice I don't want to make is a maximally smooth gaming experience for either.
