Hi, I'm currently trying to dual boot Windows and Arch Linux. But unlike Windows where you can resize a partition, or split a partition into two, in Arch Linux (GParted) I just can't. Do I really have to erase the entire drive just to install Windows or is there another way?

Nobody's gonna watch a video of, I guess, you clicking around in the gparted UI.
I'll just assume you're trying to resize an online partition, ie. your currently mounted root device?

Alright. Does that mean I can't install other OS and have to format everything to something like NTFS just to install Windows?

No, it means you should read the supplied links to find out how to use the live environment to resize the partition.
