go ahead and add the problematic packages to your IgnorePkg list in
/etc/pacman.conf
for example:
IgnorePkg = nettle ppp
you may need to uncomment the IgnorePkg line, it's not enabled by default. this should work as a temporary solution until something happens with lib32-nettle.
EDIT: ahhh sorry!!! i forgot that this is literally just a partial upgrade tactic which is dangerous!!!!

Nettle however should work, do you perhaps not have the "multilib-testing" repo enabled? As the wiki states, once you have one testing repo enabled you need all of them ...

multilib-testing repo enabled and today I got the update for lib32-nettle, but yesterday it was not.
