I have two annoying issues on my laptop (Lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon Intel Core Ultra 7 155H).
1) On Wayland 4K videos are sometime laggy and shuttering. If I close chromium and Jetbrains IDE, the video works fine (or almost always fine).

2) If I use X11 instead of Wayland (Plasma) I can't choose 60Hz on external 4k monitor (but I can choose if I use Wayland)
