External display flickering with Intel Iris Xe (i915/Xe)

I know this is a very specific/exotic setup but might be related to other devices with Iris Xe:

- Surface Pro 9 (Alder Lake-UP3 GT2 [Iris Xe Graphics])
- Arch with surface-linux kernel (6.12.7-arch1-1-surface)
- Anker 565 USB-C Hub connected to my surface via USB-C and via HDMI/DP to an external monitor.

When I connect an external display over HDMI or DisplayPort, every minute or so, the external display goes black for 1–2 seconds and then comes back again. Sometimes, there are glitches on only a certain part of the screen. I don't see any logs related to display issues in journalctl or dmesg. This is not an issue under Windows 11. The issue occurs, no matter which distro or desktop environment I use (It's also reproducible with tty only). I also tried installing xf86-video-intel, which didn't change anything. At this point, I am kinda clueless.

This is my grub config:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 quiet i915.enable_psr=0 btusb.enable_autosuspend=0 tpm_tis.interrupts=0 pci=hpiosize=0 i915.force_probe=!46a8 xe.force_probe=46a8 zswap.enabled=0"
