GNOME scale issues

I have a problem on GNOME and I'm not sure is that a scale issue or something else, while on KDE Plasma all works fast and good even Steam games works perfect.

I don't know how to explain it on the way that everyone can understand. I have mouse stuttering or mouse lag, it's not working smoothly as it should, even FPS is not good on Steam games. But when I switched to KDE Plasma all works good.

My GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT
