When I type symbols(", ') underline appears and next letter turn weird

This is my first post, so I don´t know what information to give. I am really new to linux and arch is my first distro. Whenever I type symbols like; ~,", ´. A underline appears and then if I type something else it turns into a letter that I did not want.

For example: (I typed " then S) ¨S, ũ, ś.

This keeps happening and I've looked into many documentations and forums but can't seem to find anything.

For more information, I am using Hyprland with hyprdots (or HYDE) pre-made config.
Installed arch with archinstall since it is my 2nd time installing it.

No problem, if the issue is now solved make sure to mark it by adding [SOLVED] to the start of the title
