I don't understand the issue? You're batter is drained by both windows and linux?

Hardware support under Linux always gets better over time. Until the regressions start. Then you're fucked.
The BSDs tend to offer wider windows for hardware support because the devs aren't so rabid about adding new bugs features to their kernels.

What is the full version of the kernel which has the fix? What kernel version or package do you want fixing? Do you know the commit that contains the fix so it can be back-ported?

Generally no one can predict the future and bugs might happen still, if you got a fix now be happy with that but generally speaking no one can guarantee that it will keep working, however if you can identify the commit that fixed it, should it ever break again you can reference that on bug reports in the future.

How to identify? I newbie. I see a better performace in this kernel only. The others versions, incluide 5.x, killing fast the battery. 5 charge per day. Is 2 max today with 6.12.x

You're not getting your points across. Either use some translation engine like Deepl or an LLM like Copilot to translate what you want to say or use the "Other Languages" section to write in a language you actually speak.
