As subject mentioned, when i try to make my custom archiso and try to cp it in to my usb stick, i didn't look carefully and cp it on to a external hard drive with NTFS format. is there any way to recover my data from what i'v done, and get my data back from this accident?
Seems like it is impossible to recover the directory system, but i can extract remaining file with Photorec, and organize file structure again.

No, you'll have to restore from backup.
If the disk is bigger than the Archiso it might be possible to recover the part of the files that was not overwritten with a tool like photorec or restore the partion with testdisk.

I did some research for last couple days, and i tried testdisk. But it doesn't work, seems like the first part of the disk including MFT and MFTmirr is overwritten. So the testdisk did not work, base on the office doc i'v read.

Was the NTFS partition bitlocker encrypted?
The whole point about testdisk and photorec is to recover files despite you having shredded the filesystem, so the missing MFT is their SNAFU.
