Hello and at first i am turkish and i can make some typos please discard thanks
And please read this without skipping because i told what i know about this issue and it is so important.
I got a new laptop and it came with win10 in it. Brand/model is Thomson Neo 360 X. I know it is sucks. Whatever, win10 was so slow because this laptop has a celeron n4020, lp type ram and eMMC type rom. Everything was fine except this slowy windows. And I wanted to change that OS.
I am a linux lover and i decided to switch to an ubuntu based distro. I mostly like modern-designed distros, because of this i chose Zorin OS. And then, there is no sound. But i didnt take care of it because i have a bluetooth headphone and when i use it there is no sound problem for me. Then, because of this celeron n4020, zorin was working very slowly. Not too slow, but this slowness can make a person nervous quickly.
Then i thought about it and i finally decided to switch arch. I switched and after installation i debugged the my new os (etc. bluetooth does not open, mouse cursor changes on different windows, system crashes a lot, i fixed them all). And i thought about "hm, can i install hyprland on it" and yes i did it too. But windows were too blurry and this made my os work slow again. But guess what, MY SOUND ISSUE FIXED FOR NO REASON ON HYPRLAND. I was so happy because I was hearing sound from my computer now.
But i cant use hyprland because it was too slow and fps-dropping for me. And i switched back to kde plasma arch. And yes there is no sound again. Then i wanted to fix it so hardly. KDE plasma could not have detected any output device, i fixed it with installing sof-firmware, alsa-ucm-conf etc. And yes there is now an output device.
KDE finally detected my speaker and showed up it on system tray. But there is no sound again. At first, there is no output device detected, but now, there is an audio output device, but there is still no sound. But the system thinks there is sound because it appears as sound in the sound tests. But when i got this laptop for the first time with win10 in it, yes there is sound. But i cant still hear any sound. Any ideas?

Hi,
please consider formatting your post into paragraph for better readability. Also, you might want to give more detail what did you and how did you install your OS and packages. Did you install by cherry picking packages, or using group or meta plasma package?
Best, bad63r

Plasma does nothing that would break your sound that would randomly work on hyprland, neither enviroment directly do anything with audio.
What's your output for
aplay -lL #alsa-utils
pactl list cards
pactl list sinks
sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
find /etc/systemd -type l -exec test -f {} \; -print | awk -F'/' '{ printf ("%-40s | %s\n", $(NF-0), $(NF-1)) }' | sort -f
while trying to play something that "doesn't work"

First thank you for your advice.
I installed arch from arch iso file. I downloaded it from archlinux.org, and during the installation i did updates via pacman -Sy and -Syy commands. I did nothing except these updates.
Edit: I shutted off my pc and after I turned on my computer, a notification appeared and a sound came from the notification. But there is still no sound while playing videos and listening musics. I only heard a notification sound and thats all.

Edit: I shutted off my pc and after I turned on my computer, a notification appeared and a sound came from the notification. But there is still no sound while playing videos and listening musics. I only heard a notification sound and thats all.

Plasma does nothing that would break your sound that would randomly work on hyprland, neither enviroment directly do anything with audio.
I know it already. I just told you what exactly happened to me but idk maybe i deleted something accidentally which requires for audio and comes preinstalled with fabric os (it is win10) but i have no clue what happened this is just a guess
And Plasma couldn't have corrupted the audio output because other Linux distros couldn't find an audio output device either. During this process, I tried to switch to Win10 again, but there was still no sound on it.

Here is one more information that i forgot to say; when i try to play music on spotify or watch videos on youtube, spotify says "cant play the current song" and does not skip songs when the current listening is finished, and youtube never loads any video and keeps loading.
Offline
One more thing that happened today: i turned on my laptop and randomly opened spotify and played a music and I heard that music from the laptop. I was so happy but when i clicked on the sound icon at the right of the panel, the sound was completely gone again.

The headphone profile is active, are you actually using headphones? Otherwise does switching to the speaker profile help
pactl set-card-profile alsa_card.pci-0000_00_0e.0-platform-sof-essx8336 "HiFi (HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, Headset, Speaker)"
symptom wise it feels like you're constantly switching between profiles because the jack sensing doesn't work properly. Can you repost these pactl outputs during an instance when it works? What about:
amixer -c0
speaker-test -Dhw:0 -c2 #does that give you audio?

I run that pactl set command and it worked but i have to say you one more thing.
Yesterday, when I turned on my computer, there was a sound, then in a moment of panic, I pressed the sound icon at the bottom right of the panel and as soon as I pressed it, the sound went away.
Then today, when I turned on my computer there was sound, this time I didn't want to risk pressing the volume button and watched some videos. Later, when I got curious and pressed the volume button, the sound did not go away this time, the sound was still coming from the computer.
I thought it was fixed, but the next time I restarted, the sounds were gone again. And there is another situation, there are 3 different audio devices on my computer (hifi quality headphone headset, hifi quality headphone microfone and professional sound) and when sound comes from my computer, the sound output is usually set to headphone headset. However, when I change this, the sound goes away again and even if I change it back, it does not get better. However, when I restart the computer, there is a sound. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. There is no guarantee of this and I can't understand why the sound goes away or comes back for no reason.

speaker-test says 0 for front left and 1 for front right and it keeps going like this.
There is still no sound but i will reboot my computer after writing this and i know there will be sound after boot but it will go for no reason and i still dont know why is this happens
Offline
Yes, I restarted my computer and the sound was still coming but I noticed something. When I press the volume button on the right side of the panel, kde loads the audio output devices and when it does this, it automatically sets the output to headphones and headset. As soon as kde does this, the sound goes away. However, until kde did this, there was sound coming from the computer.
However, there is something I don't understand; when the computer is restarted, the sound output is already set to headphones and headset and the sound is heard. But I don't understand why when I press the volume button and the audio output devices are loaded, the sound suddenly disappears.
And unfortunately your pactl command does not work now.
