Unable to load minted package latex

Hello,
I am trying to use minted package for my document in latex. Despite it being installed, I get an error that minted.sty cannot be found. Is there a place where I can found the file and add it to my system? Or is there any other fix. I tried installing it via tlmgr but it reports that the package is installed on my system.

When I try to build my file using Xelatex/luatex/anything tex related, I get:
LaTeX Error: File `minted.sty' not found.
