Re: Bluetooth speaker only works when qpwgraph is active

You can disable BT autosuspend in general which I'm assuming is the actual underlying issue, or otherwise configure the BT speaker to not get suspended: either via the kernel parameter btusb.enable_autosuspend=n and/or e.g. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PipeWi … g_playback (don't worry about the title, it's the suspension mechanism that needs to be suspended (heh))

I haven't make it work. I just go back installing pavucontrol to make it work. I thought bluetooth headphone can exist without pavucontrol.

Anways, thank you always V1del

Re: Bluetooth speaker only works when qpwgraph is active

There's no reason pavucontrol would be inherently necessary, the question is what exactly you see that breaks your speaker if no sink is active, because that's the only thing pavucontrol will help you with, to monitor volume levels it will keep the speaker busy, but if the speaker breaks without being kept busy explictly, you'd need to disable the suspension mechanism.

But if it's about selecting the correct profile, pavucontrol is likely the simplest option
