Audio and video issue

I recently installed Arch Linux, and as a beginner, I've been facing an issue with my audio for the past few days. While watching YouTube, the audio screeches and causes the video to freeze or lag. Interestingly, if I mute the audio, the video plays smoothly without any issues. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

What audio server did you install? Which browser? When having the issue post the outputs of 

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
aplay -lL
pactl list sinks
pactl list sink-inputs
sudo dmesg | grep -E 'snd|sof'

post those in [code][/code]  code tags.

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
pactl list sinks
pactl list sink-inputs

during an active "screetching" playback attempt. the outputs you posted indicate you weren't playing anything back but it's important check what exactly runs where. FWIW throw in a 

amixer -c0

while you're at it.
