[SOLVED] Weird clipboard popup after upgrading GNOME + Wayland

I have just upgraded and now pressing Ctrl + ; yields this weird "clipboard history" popup which interferes with my keyboard bindings in vim/emacs/other apps and I can't figure out how to disable it.

Sorry for the "photo" instead of a screenshot, but when this thing is active, it also won't let me take screenshots using the usual means.

Does anyone know which package is it from? I'd like to disable this completely.

I found out this was some input method stuff provided by fcitx5 package. Uninstalled it, everything went back to normal.
