Switch both keyboard and mouse focus on alt tab in multi monitor setup

I have a multi monitor setup which I extend to left. I open firefox on my laptop main screen and pdf document on 4k TV left screen (point is both applications need scrolling).

What happens
Suppose I have my mouse focused on my tv screen scrolling and reading pdf document. When I alt tab to firefox I get keyboard focus on browser (main laptop screen) so I can type in the address bar etc but I do not get mouse focus so that I can quickly start scrolling on firefox.

What I need
To switch both keyboard and mouse focus on alt tab across my multi monitor setup.

If I were using dwm - dynamic window manager I could use this script which does exactly what I am looking for  Warp

I am using Kwin; does anyone know of a similar script? I tried searching in vain.
