I had this issue and posting for anyone else who might feel this. I am using ML4W dot files for Hyprland and Arch fresh install, and noticed my mouse felt strange and slow, upon using slow mo cam on my IPhone, it was in fact delayed, and I imagine other people might run into the same issue as me.
FIX:
install openRazer-daemon, and RazerGenie, and use RazerGenie to configure the mouse polling rate, and sleep delay timer then reboot. This fixed it for me since Razer applications aren't available through Linux, we need to use the OS variant.
