GPU sometimes bugs out on awakening

My GPU is a RX 580, and occassionally but annoyingly frequently enough, I’ll awake my PC from sleep to weird pink-and-green patterns that usually never move. Detailed system information is available at https://0x0.st/8c2Z.txt, and journalctl logs I found relevant (where I woke the PC around :33 and forced a shutdown around :48; they're from last month but it's still pretty much the same) can be found at https://0x0.st/8N56.txt.

Maybe amdgpu is running out of memory trying to save your VRAM contents into your RAM?

wow. that sure does look like it, though the glitch patterns look very different

edit: the glitch pattern image included was for a different problem so I think it's the same thing!
