** USB-C Docking Station **
- New docking station that doesn't need drivers, just an amazon basic plug and play. Tested it originally on my Intel CPU Think pad and it works great no drivers needed just works. Moving over to my main workstation which is AMD on the other hand, will pick up on all connections besides the HDMI port and not send the signal to the 3rd mon.
- Mouse, keyboard, eth all picked up and work fine so it cant be that the computers hardware doesn't support thunderbolt connections right?
- I did notice that there are certain kernel modules loaded on the intel cpu that are not present on the AMD setup. Modules are thunderbolt and intel_wmi_thunderbolt. With all that being said how can I find the name of this other hdmi port to add to xrandr? Am I missing packages?

usb-c port does not have the thunderbolt symbol only super speed logo on amd cpu. Intel cpu laptop has the lighting bolt logo so its just a hardware issue.
