How to re-enable touchpad from command line? [SOLVED]

My laptop randomly stopped working with the mouse. I plugged in another mouse and tried different ports but nothing worked. It might be a hardware issue since even the RGB didn't light up on either mouse. I can temporarily use the laptop with the touchpad. But I had completely disabled the touchpad from KDE system settings. I managed to open a terminal with keyboard shortcuts. But I need to know what command to use to re-enable the touchpad.

For anyone finding this, I managed to solve it by running kcmshell6 kcm_touchpad and then pressing tab until I hit the 'Defaults' option, then pressing enter.
