Alienware R10 No display after custom secure boot keys

I tried setting up dual boot Arch Linux and Windows. I installed my own secure boot keys but may have cleared the default ones. 2080 Super doesn't even display BIOS settings. I tried a Dell P400 (mini display port) and a really old HP gpu card with VGA output. Both didn't work. I also took out the CMOS battery and did the CMOS jumper trick. I don't believe that resets secure boot keys. How can I get this thing to boot?! I think I forgot to include Microsoft's secure boot keys. Probably did a sbctl enroll-keys without the -m
