firefox and midi issue

Can anyone settle this once and for all? Ive tried many different methods and cant seem to get this to work. I can play .mid files w/ timidity so that end is proved as far as modules go. Here is a link to the site that is giving me all the trouble:

Ive tried setting up mozplugger but it just causes crashes. Opera does the same thing. My brain is scrambled from googling! IRC was no help either.

Re: firefox and midi issue

Does that page "just work"? Or have you done something I missed?

Thanks

Re: firefox and midi issue

I would love to find an answer to this as well.  Could never get midi sites to work, either.

On your site, firefox says it unknown plugin for "mid/quicktime".  Doesn't work for me either.

On a guitar site that I'm trying to access, it says unknown plugin for  "audio/midi".   Wish I could get this working on linux.
