Arch linux & Hyprland on Dell Laptop

I have a dell laptop latitude 7420 with 16GB Iris Xe graphic and 32 GB of RAM 4 core cpu
does the arch linux with hyprland be good option for me? for smooth interaction!
I have currently Kali the rolling release with gnome and it somtimes stuck and hanging and shows the cpu usage goes up to 100% just with a few tabs of chrome browser.
