My internet browsers cannot access port 30900. I am using firefox and chromium.

Firefox
Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:30900.

Chromium (in portuguese)

How can I solve this problem?

What are you expecting to find there? Most ports are reserved for certain types of traffic. Whatever is on that port likely isn't readable by a web browser. I haven't looked to see what uses that port so I'm not sure what you should see.

Looks like there are a few games that use it, possibly for multiplayer .

Please elaborate on what you are trying to connect to.

I am trying to acess a bank portal that use warsaw. It appears that it is correctly installed but I can not connected. Chatgpt and grok talk about this lost of connection. I do not know what to do.

have you made sure that whatever service is supposed to provide a socket on TCP/30900 is running?
