Don't try to abuse the archinstall script, follow https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Installation_guide - make sure your network works correctly and in doubt use "pacman -v --debug …" commands for more details on problems.

There's certainly some network problem and the installer script apparently cannot handle that situation (nor does it detail what's wrong)
It's not meant for you to install archlinux, it's meant for you to script custom mass deployment - something "wannabeeeearchieeee" capitulating in front of that message is rather not doing.
