sounds like dns issue
have you tried to set your dns to google, cloudflare or quad9?

This has been happening with high frequency for me too for the last week. Just to make sure it wasn't just my own device, I tried on two different devices in my home. Both failed to access the site (desktop PCs) with a 504 or occasionally 502. My mobile phone also failed to access the site with the same error, both on WiFi (same as desktops) and on 4G.
Today, I ended up having the same problem at work on my LTE connected work laptop, so I SSHd home to my server and tried accessing the site from there via Lynx (I normally use Firefox) and both my local PC (work, LTE) and my server at home failed to access the site via Lynx. Local computer also failed via Firefox (don't have Firefox installed on the server).
I am unfortunately not skilled enough with networks to properly read a Traceroute, and I would want to avoid posting it here, seeing as it lists my location/ISP and related IPs.
I use a variety of DNS servers, set up in a fallback chain, starting with 1.1.1.1.
I CAN access the Forums as well as Archlinux.org, and so far, all subdomains (AUR etc) EXCEPT wiki.archlinux.org.
NOTE: When I wrote this (about an hour ago), the wiki was inaccessible and had been for several hours. NOW it is accessible with no slowdown. So this seems to be very intermittent, because this has been my experience over the last week or so. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and usually when it doesn't, it's gone for a few hours.
