KDE html bug?

I find a weird things recently when I put  me mouse on a html file,(my file manager is dolphin ) kioworker appear and display what is inside of the html file, but after 1 to 2 second, it disappear.  Is that a know bug? Sorry, by the way, I don't know how to extract kioworker log, can anyone tell me how can I extract the log, thanks.

This also happens on my machine, but it was running ZFS on root and Firefox ESR (idk, possible correlation?). I just disable the thumbnail file @ Configure Dolphin > Interface > Previews and un-tick Web Archives and HTML files.
