The config file is there when I'm using xorg,
I'll delete it and see if it solves the problem.

what is the output you get when running the program from the terminal?
Not tested.
BTW after removing "~/.config/chromium-flags.conf", no crashes so far.
If it doesn't crash for 2 days, I can almost make sure that it's the flags that cause the problem.
Anyway the result will be here later.
