Woo hoo!!! Thank you to all of you for your help and great suggestionos.
I found a program on Hiren's Boot CD called TestDisk which is awesome! It'll locate your lost partitions and it can scan your whole hard disk to recreate the file system! If anyone ever looses a partition, I highly suggest giving this program a shot.
