Random gnome screen flickering and crashes

Hello everyone. Whenever i use gnome, most of the time i experience screen flickering and random crashes.

Btw this is my first post on archlinux forms

For example, Gnome crashes when i use gnome launcher menu or right click on desktop to change wallpaper
