Compatibility tool fail when try to launch any game by Steam Proton

When I try to launch games by Steam Proton, it show's: "An error occurred while launching this game: Compatibility tool failed"
I have tried to obtain logs of Proton by adding the launch option

PROTON_LOG=1 %command%

at Right click on the game -> Properties... -> Launch Options. But It doesn't work, there is no log files in my home directory after launching the game.
I have searched in the steam directory. There is no files like user_settings.py
I have enabled "Enable Steam Play for all other titles" at Settings -> Compatibility
And the Wine works well for me in usual Windows games.
I installed the package "nvidia". Here is my "nvidia-smi" output:

Of course yes. But I reinstalled Arch Linux because I bought a new SSD several month ago, and it works pretty fine new.
